Creamy Cookies

Whipped up creamy cookies will be a real salvation for you during an unscheduled tea party, they are delicious, melting in your mouth. See how to make butter biscuits and make your family happy.

Ingredients

  • Butter – 200 Grams
  • Sugar – 100 Grams
  • Flour – 300 Grams
  • Vanilla Sugar – 10 Grams
  • Water – 100 Milliliters
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Powdered Sugar – To taste

Directions

  1. Beat soft butter with a mixer for 30 seconds, then add sugar and vanilla sugar and beat for 2-3 minutes (the mass will turn white).
  2. Mix water at room temperature with salt and add 1 teaspoon to the oil mixture, each time beating the mass well with a mixer.
  3. Then beat the butter for another 3-4 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough (you can use a mixer with spiral attachments). The dough should be soft.
  4. Cookies can be shaped by hand or squeezed onto a parchment-lined baking sheet using a pastry bag. Place the biscuits tightly on the baking sheet as they do not expand during baking.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool the finished cookies and sprinkle with icing sugar.
