Creamy Curd Dessert with Berries

Well, very tasty! Cooking at home together. A very light, delicate, and tasty dessert made from cottage cheese and heavy cream, like ice cream. Cooking is easy and quick, but it turns out delicious and beautiful.
Ingredients
- Fatty cottage cheese 9% – 300 g
- Cream 20% -33% – 170 ml
- Sugar – 50 g
- Yolk – 1 pc.
- Butter – 70 g
- Vanillin – 1/3 teaspoon
- Berries (I have raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) – to taste
Directions
- Rub the curd through a fine metal sieve.
- Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy.
- Pour sugar and vanilla sugar into a saucepan, add the yolk. Mix well with a silicone spatula until smooth.
- Add cream to this mass and mix again.
- We put the saucepan on the stove and cook over low heat until thickened. Leave to cool.
- Add soft butter to the grated cottage cheese, mix.
- Pour the cooled yolk-creamy mass into the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly again.
- Put a small amount of curd mass and any berries in a portion form (I have raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries).
- Again we spread the curd mass, level it. We put the dessert in the refrigerator to stabilize the curd cream.
- We take out the cottage cheese dessert from the refrigerator, decorate it with fresh berries before serving. Dessert from cottage cheese with berries is ready.
