Creamy Sauce with Garlic

Ideal for meat, fish or salad dressing – creamy sauce with garlic. This is a really simple but extremely tasty sauce that will set off and complement the flavor of your dishes.

Ingredients

  • Garlic – 5-6 Cloves
  • Cream – 150-200 Milliliters
  • Butter – 50 Grams
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. The recipe for making butter sauce with garlic, of course, requires a lot of garlic.
  2. Send the garlic to the skillet and fry for about 1 minute so that it doesn’t burn.
  3. Pour cream over the garlic and, stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
  4. Salt and pepper the sauce. The amount depends on your taste preference.
  5. Leave the sauce on low heat for 10 minutes, until it thickens and has a uniform consistency. Creamy sauce with garlic is ready at home.
