Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 80 g butter, (or mararine)
  • 65 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 600 g crème fraîche
  • 500 g fruit (canned fruit, e.. peaches, mandarins, pears)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, baking powder, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg and keep in a cool place.
  2. Prepare a vanilla pudding from milk, sugar and custard powder, stir in the creme fraiche carefully but quickly.
  3. Line a springform pan with the shortcrust pastry, pressing up an approx. 2 cm high rim. Now pour in the cream. Spread the well drained fruit on top and bake at 175 ° C for about 60 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan.
