- 250 g oat flakes, crunchy
- 300 g almond (s)
- 125 g sesame seeds, unpeeled
- 125 g sunflower seeds
- 250 g honey, more liquid
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 100 ml water

- Carefully roast the sesame seeds in a pan (without adding any oil) and then leave to cool. Meanwhile, chop the almonds into large pieces. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
- Knead the oat flakes, sesame seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds and honey into a thick paste. Knead the sunflower oil and 100 ml of water into the mass.
- Spread the entire mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for a total of 1 - 1.5 hours. Stir with a wooden spoon every now and then so that the muesli becomes crumbly.
