Ingredients

  • 2 avocado (s), peeled, pitted, pulp mashed with a fork
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • salt
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, roasted golden brown in a dry pan
  • 100 g radish (s), peeled, thinly sliced, cut into thin sticks
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce, Japanese (teriyaki)
  • 8 slices ciabatta
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado meat with lemon juice, wasabi paste and salt with a fork. Marinate the radish sticks in the teriyaki sauce. Brush the ciabatta slices with the olive oil and roast them under the grill on the 2nd rack from the top for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Let cool down a little, brush with the avocado cream and garnish with radish and sesame seeds.
