Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 300 g mushrooms, brown
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 150 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
  • some salt and pepper, fresh from the mill
  • some oil, virgin coconut oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices. Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes. Heat coconut oil and fry the mushrooms and onions in it over medium heat, add the soy cream, heat and then add the zucchini. Cook everything al dente in approx. 8 - 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Rice or pasta can be served as a side dish.
