- 100 g butter
- 120 grams flour
- 1 point pudding powder, vanilla
- 30 g powdered suar
- 50 g walnuts, round
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 70 g suar, brown

- Knead the butter with sugar, nuts, flour and pudding powder, chill the dough for approx. 30 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough 4 mm thick on a well-floured board, brush with the beaten egg, mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over it (if necessary smooth it out with a knife),
- then cut into strips approx. 6 cm long and 2 cm wide and place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper, bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° hot air for approx. 10 minutes.
