- 50 g butter
- 1 clove garlic, also more
- 0.25 liter ¼ sour cream
- 1 bunch dill
- Apple cider vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour

- Wash the cucumbers, quarter them lengthways and cut into strips approx. 0.5 cm wide. Fry them with the finely chopped clove of garlic in the hot butter, season with salt, pepper and cook covered until the vegetables are soft.
- Add well-mixed sour cream, chopped dill (without stems) and vinegar and mix well. Dust with 1 tablespoon flour. Stir well and cook again briefly.
- Boiled potatoes (jacket potatoes) and a grilled venison or fish fillet or boiled beef, but also a fried crispy sausage (meat sausage) go very well with this!
