- 1 cucumber (s)
- 5 teaspoons salt
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 100 ml cream
- some dill, chopped
- some sweetener, more liquid
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- lemon juice

- Cut the cucumber into pieces or slices and season with salt. After about 25 minutes, pour off the resulting cucumber juice. Add a pinch of pepper, diced onion and the cream. Season to taste with lemon juice and a little liquid sweetener. Finally add a little dill.
