Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • 1 scoop mozzarella
  • 1 large tomato (s)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • some water
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber and slice it finely. Finely cut the mozzarella (into smaller pieces). Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and finely dice. Stir the dressing together and season to taste.
  2. Alternately place the cucumber and mozzarella in a fan shape on plates or plates and season with salt and pepper as required. Place the tomatoes in the middle of the plate / platter and sprinkle with the parsley. Pour the dressing over it.
