Ingredients

1 cucumber (s)
0.5 ½ peach (s), fresh
0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), red
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds, roasted

For the dressing:

2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chives, fresh, chopped
Salt and pepper

Cucumber Carpaccio with Bell Pepper and Peach Tartare

Instructions

Wash the cucumber and cut or slice it finely. Wash, halve, core and dice the peach. Wash, halve, core and dice the peppers.
Fan the cucumber on plates or platters. Mix the peppers with the peach, the sunflower seeds and the seeds and place each in the middle. Stir the dressing together and spread it all over the place.
