Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Puree together with the yogurt in a blender. Season to taste with lemon juice, grated ginger, wasabi paste, cumin and salt.
Serve chilled and garnished with cucumber slices in glasses.
Note:
The consistency of yogurt is very different. If the lassi is not liquid enough, dilute it with cold mineral water or milk.
