Ingredients
- 800 g potato (s), cooked and sliced, possibly from the day before
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 40 g butter or mararine
- 30 grams flour
- 0.5 liter ½ broth or water
- salt and pepper
- vinegar
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dill, chopped tips

- Sweat the finely diced onion in the fat, dust with flour and roast. Pour in the broth and stir vigorously. Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
- In the meantime, peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumber into 1cm wide strips or cubes. Add the cut cucumber strips to the sauce and simmer for another 20 minutes, don`t forget to stir in between.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and a strong dash of vinegar. Add the potatoes and heat in the sauce. Now stir in the sour cream and finish the whole thing with chopped dill.
