Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 5 large radishes
- 1 red pepper (s)
For the dressing:
- salt and pepper
- Salad herbs
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 small Piece (s) sugar cubes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
- 0.5 ½ cup natural yoghurt, approx. 75 g

- Mix all ingredients for the dressing well in a bowl.
- Peel the cucumber and finely slice it, add a little salt and set aside.
- Wash and finely slice the radishes and add them to the dressing (they can steep for a while there). Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, peel them if necessary (I always do this because it is easier to digest), cut into fine strips and also add to the prepared dressing.
- Just before serving, squeeze the salted cucumber with your hands and add it to the dressing. Now mix everything together well and serve.
