- 1 small melon (s), watermelon
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt
- pepper
- vinegar

- Peel the cucumber, then either slice or fourth as you like.
- If possible, take a more ripe watermelon, because of the taste, and cut the flesh into small pieces, ideally pitting at the same time.
- Cut the onion and parsley into small pieces, add to the cucumber and watermelon. Salt, pepper, I also like to add mozzarella salt, a little spicy vinegar and olive oil.
- One tip:
- If the garden party or the picnic is only in an hour or two, please only put the salad on shortly beforehand, otherwise the salad will become too watery due to the salt on cucumber effect.
