Cue Balls in Kiev

Simple and well-known pork cues.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Pork, bit portion – 650 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Flour – 1/2 cup
  • Salt pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cut the meat across the grain into slices about 1.5 cm thick
  2. Beat off from both sides.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and leave for about 30 minutes.
  4. Pour half a glass of flour into a plate. Beat 4 large eggs separately. Roll the prepared meat slices in flour on both sides.
  5. Then dip the pork balls into the egg on both sides. I, for greater splendor and juiciness, dip the pork cuts in flour and in an egg again.
  6. Preheat a frying pan and add oil.
    Fry pork chops for about 3 minutes.
  7. Then turn over and fry the pork chops for about 2 minutes.
  8. The pork chops are ready! It is good to serve Kiev style cue ball with herbs and vegetables.
