- 250 grams sugar
- 500g flour
- 1 sachet baking powder, + teaspoon
- 4 egg (s)
- 200 g chocolate cookies
- milk

- Mix the margarine and sugar together until foamy, then gradually add the eggs (don`t forget a pinch of salt). Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually stir in alternately with the milk. Be careful not to let the dough get too thin. At the end all you have to do is fold in the chocolate biscuits and put everything in a greased springform pan with such a cupcake ring or use a cupcake pan, but this should not be too small in diameter, as the cake will rise very nicely.
