Cupcakes with Mayonnaise and Chocolate Icing

Simple, quick, and, most importantly, incredibly delicious homemade miracle baking according to a new recipe! Chocolate muffins from foods you definitely have at home! Bake to your health!

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • Flour – 100 g
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 160 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise – 4 tablespoon
  • Potato starch – 3 tablespoon
  • Baking powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoon

For glaze:

  • Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 3 tablespoon
  • Sour cream – 2-3 tablespoon
  • Butter – 50 g

For decoration:

  • Confectionery sprinkles (pearls) – to taste

To prepare the molds:

  • Butter or
  • Bakery mix:
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Flour – 2-3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. We immediately put the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
    Then we prepare the molds (I have metal ones today). Lubricate them well with butter or baking mixture. For the mixture, combine vegetable and soft butter, combine in equal amounts. Add flour, mix well until gruel.
  2. Now let’s do the test.
    Beat the eggs with a whisk or mixer until fluffy foam, gradually adding sugar and vanilla sugar.
    We combine all dry ingredients: flour, starch, cocoa, and baking powder.
    Combine dry ingredients with beaten eggs. Mix well until smooth.
    Add mayonnaise and vegetable oil. We mix.
    Mix again and pour the dough into tins, filling them 3/4 full. We bake muffins at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, mix sugar, sour cream, and cocoa. Warm-up over low heat until the first bubbles (until slightly boiling). Add butter. Stir until the butter is melted and the glaze is ready.
  4. The cupcakes are ready. How airy they are! Cover the muffins generously with icing. Sprinkle with pearls or some other decor over the glaze until it has set.
