Chocolate Marble Cupcake

Ingredients

  • Butter – 200 g
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Sugar – 220 g
  • Flour – 220 g
  • Starch – 50 g
  • Baking powder – 5 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Chocolate – 100 g

Directions

  1. We will bake a muffin in a bread pan measuring 28 × 10 centimeters. Let’s prepare it. Lubricate the mold with soft butter and sprinkle with flour, remove the excess flour. You can bake a chocolate marble cake in a round shape.
  2. Grind 100 grams of chocolate, put in a convenient container. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  3. We mix 220 grams of flour, 50 grams of starch and 5 grams of baking powder, sift everything together and set aside.
  4. Break five eggs into a separate bowl, add a pinch of salt, mix well.
  5. With a mixer, at medium speed, whip up 200 grams of soft butter with 220 grams of sugar and 10 grams of vanilla sugar.
  6. We continue to beat and alternately, in several steps, add prepared flour and eggs to the butter, whipped with sugar.
  7. Divide the resulting dough into three equal parts. Add one part of the dough to the melted chocolate and mix.
  8. Return the chocolate dough to the vanilla bowl and stir gently.
  9. Gently transfer the dough to a baking dish.
  10. Bake the chocolate marble cake for 40-45 minutes. Baking temperature – 180 degrees Celsius. The oven must be preheated beforehand.
  11. Remove the finished chocolate cake from the oven, transfer it to a wooden board or wire rack and leave to cool.
  12. Cut the cooled chocolate marble cake into pieces 1-1.5 centimeters thick, put on a dish and serve with tea or coffee.
