An interesting recipe for buns, for which curd dough is kneaded with the addition of cheese, smoked bacon and boiled sausage. Since the dough is not leavened and does not take time to rise, snack buns cook quickly and are soft, tasty and very aromatic.
Combine curd, milk, salt, eggs, baking powder and vegetable oil.
Beat with an immersion blender until smooth.
Cut sausage, cheese and bacon into small cubes.
Put cheese, bacon and sausage in the curd mass, stir.
Stir in a little flour until a homogeneous dough is formed. The curd dough should be soft, elastic and slightly sticky to your hands.
Form a sausage from the dough.
Cut the dough sausage into 16 equal pieces.
Round off each piece of dough.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Place future snack buns on a sheet lined with baking paper. Cover with a clean towel, leave for 10 minutes to “rest”.
Send curd buns with cheese, sausage and bacon to the preheated oven. Bake the curd buns for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. These curd buns are great for a snack, and also as an addition to first courses.
