Incredibly delicious cheesecake without baking!

Ingredients

  • Low-fat cottage cheese 400 g
  • Cream 33% 250 ml
  • Gelatin 15 g
  • Strawberry jelly 400 g
  • Fresh berries to taste
  • Cookies “Jubilee” 400 g
  • Butter 180 g

Directions

  1. Prepare gelatin according to the instructions – as a rule, it is prepared in a cup of water: if you have a large package, then 15 grams is a tablespoon. Remove the butter from the refrigerator.
  2. Leave the gelatin to cool. Cookies need to be crushed and mixed with butter. If the butter is cold, you can melt it in the microwave (two minutes, 800 W). To crush cookies, you can put 4 pieces. into a plastic bag and “break” it with a kitchen hammer (you can do it with mashed potato or even a fork). Put the finished dough in a mold and tamp it tightly.
  3. Pour the cream into a higher bowl and beat. Then add cottage cheese and gelatin there (you can warm it). Pour into a mold over tamped cookies and refrigerate for an hour.
  4. Prepare jelly. Pour the jelly from the pack into a saucepan, add 1.5 cups of water (preferably boiled), and cook over medium heat constantly! Stir until the jelly is completely dissolved in water. Then let it cool down.
  5. When the cheesecake has stood for an hour in the refrigerator, put the berries on the middle layer and slowly pour the jelly on top (so that the berries do not float), and refrigerate for another hour.
