  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ kl. Bottle / s rum aroma

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
  • 100 g currants, washed

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until frothy. Add the rum and egg and stir. Add flour and baking powder and finally stir in the currants. Use a teaspoon to cut off small piles of dough and shape into balls.
  2. Press the balls flat on the baking sheet and bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
