Ingredients
- 1 packet pasta (Mie without egg), cooked
- 3 carrot (s), peeled and sliced
- 450 g turkey minced meat
- 2 handfuls peas, frozen
- 1 cup vegetable stock, large
- 2 teaspoon curry paste, yellow
- 1 can coconut milk
- Onion (s) or spring onions
- N / A soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Fry the minced meat in a little oil in a large pan. If you like, you can add an onion or 3 spring onions. Add the yellow beets, sauté them, then deglaze with the vegetable stock and coconut milk. Simmer a little while stirring in the curry paste. Then add the pasta and peas and let simmer gently for another 5 minutes.
- If you like, season with soy sauce or salt and pepper.
