- 8 egg (s), cooked
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 2 pickled cucumber (s)
- Sausage (mortadella)
- Cucumber liquid
- salt
- pepper
- curry

- Halve the eggs lengthways twice and cut them into cubes. Cut the mortadella into strips, add the diced pickles, salt, pepper and curry and mix everything with the mayonnaise. Finally add some cucumber juice.
