Instructions

  1. Wash the turkey breast pieces and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat the oil with butter in a saucepan and fry the turkey breast, turning several times until golden brown.
  2. In the meantime, clean and chop the peppers and mushrooms.
  3. When the turkey breast is golden brown, remove it from the pan and set aside.
  4. Deglaze the frying fat with the broth - sour cream - cream and season well and add the vegetables and the turkey breasts and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Rice and salad go well with this.
