Ingredients
- 600 g turkey meat or chicken breast
- 3 tablespoon oil for frying
- 200 g apples, peeled, chopped into small pieces
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 250 ml chicken or vegetable stock, instant
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 6 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter

- Dice the meat and fry in a pan with the oil. Add the chopped apples and pour the broth over them. Add the curry powder, salt and pepper. Simmer with the lid closed for about 20 minutes.
- Mix the cream with the starch and stir in. Chop the banana and add it at the end. Let simmer for another minute and then serve.
- We either have rice with it, which I serve with a rice ring and put the sliced meat in the hollow. But we`ve also had couscous with it on several occasions. Of course, a bowl of green salad shouldn`t be missing.
