  • 1 packet beans (cut beans)
  • 1 piece (s) pork belly, or 250 g ground meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 10 potato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cut beans and bring to the boil, otherwise they will be too sour.
  2. Cook the piece of belly meat or the mince in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes with salt and diced onions. Drain the beans and cook with approx. 10 peeled potatoes and the meat in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
  3. Stomp through and season with butter and pepper, if necessary broth. If you want, you can of course remove the meat beforehand.
  4. Pickled cucumbers go well with this.
