Delicious Brownie Pie

A brownie chocolate cake should ideally be sticky and slightly damp. For a drier brownie pie, simply bake it longer.

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Flour – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder – 3/4 cup (65 g)
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Milk (or water) – 1 glass
  • Vegetable oil – 1 glass
  • Vanilla – 1 pack

Directions

  1. Add flour to a large bowl.
  2. Add sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir.
  3. Add milk or water to dry ingredients.
  4. Then pour in vegetable oil and add vanilla.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the dough evenly into a baking dish.
  7. Bake the Brownie Pie for 35-40 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven until the top is no longer shiny.
  8. Let the cake cool for at least 10 minutes before removing it from the mold.
  9. Garnish with melted chocolate, powdered sugar or sweet syrup if desired.
