Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, frozen
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 pack cake icing (dark chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Let the puff pastry thaw. Brush the defrosted puff pastry with water and then sprinkle with sugar. Roll together from both sides. Then roll again in sugar. Put in the freezer until the dough hardens, it will be easier to cut. Cut into slices and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  2. Brush half of each with chocolate glaze.
