  • 100 g suar
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. First let the puff pastry thaw for approx. 10 minutes. Then mix 100 g sugar and a little cinnamon, this works best in a cup. Now take the individual slices and sprinkle them with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Then you fold the long sides in the middle and sprinkle again. Finally, they are folded again in the middle, cut into 1 cm wide pieces and placed on a prepared baking sheet.
  2. They are now baked in a preheated oven at 220 ° C for approx. 8-12 minutes.
