Dessert “Cobler”

Cobbler is such a delicious American dessert made from fruits and sweet dough. Today I will give you a basic recipe for the Cobbler dessert, and how to use it is up to you!

Ingredients

Directions

Stir in fruit, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the fruits are tender.
Meanwhile, whisk flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add melted and cooled butter to kefir and stir gently.
Combine liquid ingredients with dry ingredients and mix well to form a dough.
Layout the dough as shown in the photo. Grease the dough on top with melted butter, it is best to use a brush for this. We put to bake in the oven for 15 minutes. We bake at a temperature of
400 degrees.
