Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 200 g liht cream cheese
  • 300 g natural yourt, 1.5% strenth
  • 180 g fructose
  • 125 g semolina (soft wheat semolina)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 500 g blueberries, (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 bag baking powder
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 1 bag custard powder, vanilla, from Natreen
  • 1 lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. The recipe is really more than simple: Put all the ingredients listed above in a mixing bowl (squeeze the lemon beforehand) and stir with the whisk until creamy.
  2. Pour into a well-oiled springform pan and bake at 160 degrees fan-assisted for about 75 minutes, until the cake is lightly brown on the top. Do not open the oven while baking! After the 75 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the cake in it (with the oven closed) until cold. Can take a few hours.
  3. If the oven is opened or the cake is pulled out too quickly, it will collapse ugly. But it definitely collapses a bit, that`s part of it, don`t get angry.
  4. Instead of blueberries you can of course also use strawberries, raspberries, tangerines, morello cherries or other fruit.
