Ingredients
Pears (medium-sized) – 2 pcs.
Celery root – 80 g
Feta cheese – 100 g
Hard cheese – 50 g
Lettuce salad – 1 bunch
Light raisins – 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds – 0.25 tbsp
Flax seeds – 0.25 tbsp
Sunflower seeds – 0.25 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds – 0.25 tbsp
For refueling:
Olive oil – 4 tbsp
Granular mustard – 2 teaspoon
Honey – 2 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon
Directions
Prepare salad products with feta cheese, celery root and pear.
Wash, dry, and tear the salad leaves into a plate.
Peel the celery root.
Grate celery on a coarse grater over the lettuce leaves.
Rinse the raisins with hot water and dry.
Add raisins to salad.
Wash the pears and chop thinly with a vegetable peeler.
Put chopped pears on a salad with celery and raisins.
Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
Put the feta pieces on the pear.
Cut hard (or semi-hard) cheese into thin slices.
Place hard cheese on top of all salad ingredients.
Sprinkle the salad with sesame, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
For salad dressing, combine olive oil, mustard and honey. Squeeze out the lemon juice and stir.
Drizzle over the salad with celery, cheese and pear with the prepared dressing.
Delicious salad “Dolce” with pear is ready.
