Ingredients
- 250 g butter or mararine
- 200 g suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel, grated
- Aroma, (Arrakaroma), a few drops
- 250 g chocolate, rated, whole milk
- 200 g almond (s), rated
- 100 grams flour
- Cake icing, dark chocolate icing

- Beat the butter or margarine with the sugar until frothy, gradually beat the eggs under. Mix in the vanilla sugar, lemon zest and aroma flavor. Add the grated milk chocolate and the remaining ingredients to the foam mixture and carefully mix in.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven to 170-180 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
- While still hot, cut into rectangles 2-3 cm wide and 4-5 cm long and let cool down completely.
