Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s) or turkey schnitzel
- 500 g pasta (e.. penne riate)
- 3 medium carrot (s)
- 2 zucchini
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups sweet cream, 00 g each
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g cheese as desired for ratinatin
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- Tarragon, dried
- olive oil
- 1 glass white wine, dry
- possibly sauce thickener

- Cook the pasta almost al dente according to the instructions.
- Cut the meat into strips and fry in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Clean and chop the vegetables and fry them too. Dice the onion and garlic, fry and deglaze with the white wine. Top up with the cream and milk and reduce a little. (Possibly thicken a little with a sauce thickener). Season to taste with salt, pepper and tarragon and a pinch of sugar.
- Mix the pasta, meat and vegetables in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
- Pour cheese over it and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 ° C for about 30 minutes until the cheese is nicely browned.
