Ingredients
- 4 slices toast
- 125 g cream cheese (paprika-chilli)
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 teaspoons paprika pulp
- 4 cherry tomato (s)
- salt
- Lemon pepper, crushed
- 2 teaspoons oregano, dried
- 2 teaspoons basil, dried
- Chilli, freshly ground
- Cheese (Emmentaler), grated

- Preheat the oven to 200 °.
- Put the cream cheese, sour cream and paprika pulp in a bowl and stir well, add the herbs and spices.
- Wash and core the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
- Toast the toast, spread it with paprika-chili cream, arrange tomato cubes on top. Sprinkle a little more oregano on top, put cheese on the tomato cubes and bake for about 5-7 minutes.
- TIPS:
- - It is also very tasty with toasted baguette.
- - If you like, you can also put some ham or salami on top of the cream.
- - Tastes very good warm and cold.
