Toast with Tomatoes

Toast with tomatoes is a great snack for soup. They can also be used as a base for sandwiches. Try a simple and delicious tomato toast.

Servings: 5-7
Ingredients
- Baguette – 1 Piece
- Garlic – 1 Clove (Choose the largest clove :))
- Tomato – 1 Piece
- Sea Salt – To taste
- Olive Oil – 50 Milliliters
Directions
- Cut the tomato into two halves and peel the garlic clove.
- Cut the baguette into even slices. Drizzle each slice with olive oil (a little) and bake in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- Grate each tomato half.
- It will turn out to be such a gruel.
- Rub the prepared hot loaves with garlic. And first, lightly brush the whole slice with tomato gruel.
- Then, carefully place the tomato thick into a slice. Salt if necessary. You will get such wonderful toasts with tomatoes!
