Avocado Bean Toast with Braised Tomatoes

Instructions

Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Spread on a baking sheet and stew in the microwave at 300 W + grill for 15 minutes.
Chop the ingredients for the avocado bean paste in a blender and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Toast 2 slices of grain bread in the toaster, brush with avoacado bean paste and top with braised tomatoes.
