Ingredients
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 50 g yourt
- 50 g mascarpone
- 50 g cream or Rama Cremefine
- 2 teaspoons cream stabilizer
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 ½ glass cherry (s)
- 2 large banana (s)
- 4 tablespoons juice, banana juice
- 3 tablespoon cherry juice
- Grated chocolate

- Put the cherries in a sieve, drain well and then pat dry.
- Peel and slice the bananas, mix with the cherries and place in a glass bowl.
- Mix the quark, yoghurt and mascarpone with sugar, banana juice and cherry juice until smooth.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold it carefully into the cream.
- Put the cream on the fruit and decorate with chocolate shavings. Chill until ready to serve.
- TIP: If you like, you can decorate the top with a few cherries and banana slices.
