Ingredients

• 1 small can Mandarine (s)
• 0.5 ½ gr. Can / s apricot (s)
• 0.5 ½ gr. Tin / n pineapple
• 1 cup crème fraîche
• 1 cup sweet cream
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar

Instructions

1. Drain all fruit and cut into small pieces if necessary. Beat the creme fraîche, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Whip the cream until stiff.
2. Carefully mix the fruits, creme fraîche mixture and the whipped cream. Put in the fridge for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
