Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml oil, (can also be olive oil if you like)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Basil, (usually take dried ones
  • Parsley, also dried

Instructions

  1. Put the oil in a bowl, add salt and pepper, mash the garlic cloves and stir in. Add the cup of cream and the mustard. Stir the whole thing well. Add the herbs and season with balsamic vinegar until it is light brown in color. Depending on your taste, you can make the dressing more acidic or milder.
  2. The dressing tastes especially good with curly salads such as Lollo Rosso or Bianco. Lamb`s lettuce and rocket also taste great with it.
