Ingredients
- 150 g spelled flour
- 45 g soy flour
- 1 packet tartar baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 tablespoon thick juice (agave)
- 200 g soy yourt (yourt alternative)
- 100 ml soy milk (soy drink)

- Mix the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl, add the liquid ingredients and stir in.
- Heat sunflower oil in a pan and distribute 3 tablespoons of batter in each pan. Bake the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
- I also serve fresh fruit salad and of course the obligatory maple syrup.
