Ingredients
- 4 egg (s), separated
- 250 ml water, hot
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 400 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 500 ml milk
- Fruit your choice
- Clarified butter

- Beat the egg yolks with hot water, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Fold in 250 g flour, stir in briefly. Then stir in the milk and add the remaining flour with the baking powder. Let the dough rest for an hour.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Add any prepared fruit.
- Bake in portions on both sides in a pan with clarified butter until golden brown.
