Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 100 g bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 bunches soup greens
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 2 cups processed cheese, natural
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onion. Fry them in a saucepan with the finely chopped bacon. Then add the minced meat and fry well. Add the vegetable stock.
  2. Now clean the soup vegetables, cut them into small pieces and add them to the broth. Peel the potatoes, clean the cauliflower and broccoli. Also cut these three ingredients into small pieces and add them to the pot. Season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg and cook the stew until the potatoes are cooked through. Then thicken the stock with the two cups of processed cheese.
  3. Tastes very good, especially in winter.
