Easy Zucchini Casserole

A simple zucchini casserole for a summer menu.

Directions

We heat the oven to medium temperature (180-200 degrees).
Peel and grate the zucchini. Squeeze the zucchini thoroughly and place in a large bowl.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Add finely chopped onion and eggs to the zucchini. Stir everything until smooth.
Add flour, water, oil, broth powder. Then add salt and pepper and stir again.
Lubricate the form (baking sheet) with margarine, spread the squash mass.
We bake the zucchini casserole for about 50 minutes (or until tender) at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
A light zucchini casserole is ready.
