Eclairs with Butter Cream

Homemade eclairs are always tastier and you can choose the filling to your liking.

Ingredients

  • butter – 100 g
  • eggs – 4 pcs.
  • flour – 180 g
  • salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • water – 250 ml
  • Butter
  • Condensed milk

Directions

  1. Boil 250 ml of water, add oil, salt, bring to a boil.
  2. Pour flour into boiling water, mix well and boil for 2 minutes!
  3. Stir constantly with a wooden spatula and cool.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mix thoroughly.
  5. Put the sausages out of the pastry bag on a greased baking sheet! Be sure to leave a distance between them! Bake eclairs at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then reduce to 150 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes!

I made buttercream eclairs. Beat the condensed milk with butter, cut an eclair on the side, and put the cream.
