Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, milk and spices with a hand blender - the mixture becomes airier. Immediately pour the egg milk into a round silicone mold and place in the microwave.
  2. Let the whole thing stop at 600 watts for about 6 - 7 minutes. The mass can be overturned immediately and cut into diamonds, or small shapes can be cut out.
