Quick Cupcakes in a Silicone Mold

Fast and tasty kefir cupcakes. Most importantly, the cupcakes don’t stick to the silicone mold.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Margarine – 200 g
  • Kefir – 2 glasses
  • Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
  • Soda – 1 teaspoon
  • Flour – 4 cups

Directions

  1. Mix eggs and sugar, beat a little. Add kefir, sunflower oil, melted margarine, mix everything. Add baking soda and flour, gradually kneading until the consistency of thick sour cream.
  2. There is no need to grease the cupcake mold, spread the dough with a spoon to half of the mold and send it to the oven, preheated to 180-170 degrees. Bake the muffins in a silicone mold for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Ready-made muffins can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, and you can also add raisins, nuts and various dried fruits to the dough.
