Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 packs pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 kg quark, 20%

For the sprinkles:

  • Food coloring, in blue and green
  • 150 grams flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g butter, (soft and in pieces)
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon

Instructions

  1. For the cheesecake:
  2. Mix all ingredients for the cheesecake (butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla pudding powder, baking powder, quark) one after the other to a creamy mass.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
  4. For the sprinkles:
  5. Knead the flour, butter, sugar and cinnamon to make crumble (not too long, otherwise the butter will be too soft).
  6. Divide the streusel into 3 different bowls.
  7. For the scruffy crumbles, leave a third as normal, color the second third with green and the third with blue food coloring.
  8. Spread the streusel on the cake and bake for about 1 hour at 170ºC (fan oven).
  9. The mold cake is ready.
  10. A lot of mold belongs on a cake so that the olchis like it.
